·  Host weekly conference call with Construction, iNOC, Sales Engineering and Tech Ops to update each fiber project.

·  Identify potential road blocks to job step completion and work with the various groups to overcome the road blocks

·  Lend assistance to the groups supporting the process to identify resource, expertise or capital constraints to the process

 

Service Reviews with Customer

 

·  When requested by Mediacom Sales or Mediacom Service Delivery, schedule and complete a Service Review with the customer

·  When requested by Mediacom Customers, host weekly calls to communicate project status

·  Develop a Service Review format and methodology that can be used by all customers

Reporting

 

·  Develop a weekly report to be used by Mediacom Service Delivery Management to communicate customer status

·  Notify customers of order confirmations at the beginning of each project

·  Notify customers of the revised estimated arrival date when on-time project completion is jeopardized
